Refund policy
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We offer a 30 day return policy for seats purchased through this website only. Refunds are typically posted within 5 business days following receipt of the returned item and may only be issued to the initial purchaser using the same payment method that was used to make the purchase. For returns for sales to Canada, only the product price is refunded (i.e. international shipping fees are not refunded). For returns and refunds of seats purchased through our two other authorized sales channels, Amazon.com and HelloBello.com, all returns and refunds are subject to the authorized sales channels policies and are processed through those sales channel directly.

LIMITED WARRANTY
All Potty Proud Folding Potty Seats purchased through One Proud Toddler, LLC or an authorized sales channel are covered by a one year limited warranty. If your seat has a defect in materials or workmanship, then we will replace it. All warranty related shipping costs are borne by the customer although we may elect to cover the shipping ourselves in our sole discretion. This limited warranty is only applicable to purchasers who can provide a valid order number matching the name of the purchaser and who have purchased the product through an authorized sales channel. Our only authorized sales channels are currently this website, Amazon.com (limited to listings "Sold by One Proud Toddler") and HelloBello.com.
Please note that our limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or attempted repairs and alternations. It also does not cover our carrying bags.
Potty Proud Folding Seats purchased through an unauthorized retailer or a secondhand-seller are not covered under our limited warranty.
WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, BOTH EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. PLEASE SEE OUR TERMS OF SERVICE PAGE FOR COMPLETE DETAILS.
