Shipping policy

IS SHIPPING FREE?

If you live in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, then YES, YES, YES!  We ship for free via USPS Ground Advantage.  We also offer expediated USPS Priority Mail shipping for an additional $5.

If you live in Canada, we ship via UPS and shipping is charged at the carrier rate billed to us by Shopify less $5 to account for the portion of the product price that we allocate for domestic shipments.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time we do not sell or ship any of our products outside the United States or Canada.  

I LIVE IN CANADA, AM I RESPONSBILE FOR CANADIAN DUTIES AND TAXES?

Yes, for shipments to Canada the recipient is responsible for all Canadian duties and taxes.  For Canadian duties in particular, we believe our Potty Proud Folding Seat qualifies for duty free shipment under the USMCA.  That said, shipping carriers do not always properly claim the duty exemption and we are not responsible if they fail to do so.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 1 business day. 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

If you live in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico shipping times typically vary between 2-5 business days, depending on location, for orders sent via USPS Ground Advantage.  Shipping times for USPS Priority Mail are between 1-3 business days.  All orders ship from San Diego County, California. 

Shipping to Canada via USPS typically takes between 7 and 21 business days.  

WHAT IF MY ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE?

If you are in the US and it has been more than 5 business days since your order shipped, then please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.  For orders to Canada, please allow up to 21 business days for your order to arrive before contacting us.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number.  We do our best to accommodate and resolve all customer issues, however, you agree that any tracking number which shows an order as being "delivered" or a similar status shall be deemed to have been delivered to the address you provided.

All delivery addresses are input by the customer into our website.  We do not accept responsibility for incorrectly input addresses.
