IS SHIPPING FREE?

If you live in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, then YES, YES, YES!  We ship for free via USPS First-Class Package Service.

We also offer expediated USPS Priority Mail shipping for an additional $5.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time we do not sell or ship any of our products outside the United States.  

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most orders process within 1-2 business days. Please note that if your order is placed after 12pm PST on a Friday, it will most likely process the following Monday.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

If you live in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico shipping times typically vary between 2-5 business days, depending on location, for orders sent via USPS First-Class Package Service.  Shipping times for USPS Priority Mail are between 1-3 business days.  All orders ship from San Diego County, California. 

WHAT IF MY ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE?

If it has been more than 5 business days since your order shipped, then please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number.  We do our best to accommodate and resolve all customer issues, however, you agree that any tracking number which shows an order as being "delivered" or a similar status shall be deemed to have been delivered to the address you provided.

All delivery addresses are input by the customer into our website.  We do not accept responsibility for incorrectly input addresses.

LIMITED WARRANTY

All Potty Proud Folding Potty Seats purchased through One Proud Toddler, LLC or an authorized retailer are covered by a one year limited warranty.  If your seat has a defect in workmanship, then we will replace it.  All warranty related shipping costs are borne by the customer although we may elect to cover the shipping ourselves in our sole discretion. 

Please note that our limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or attempted repairs and alternations.  It also does not cover our carrying bags.

Potty Proud Folding Seats purchased through an unauthorized retailer or a secondhand-seller are not covered under our limited warranty. 

WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, BOTH EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.  PLEASE SEE OUR TERMS OF SERVICE PAGE FOR COMPLETE DETAILS.

CLEANING AND OTHER FAQ

HOW DO I CLEAN MY POTTY PROUD SEAT?

The best way to clean your Potty Proud Seat is with soap and water.  Simply give it a quick scrub, rinse and dry off.  We do not recommend using bleach or harsh chemical cleaners.  Dish soap works great! 

HOW DO I CLEAN MY POTTY PROUD CARRYING BAG?

The Potty Proud Carrying Bag should be machine washed with cold water and hung to dry.  Do not use bleach and do not iron.  For longer life, consider hand washing.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY POTTY PROUD SEAT?

Keep it clean and avoid extreme cold and heat.  The Potty Proud Seat is primarily made of polypropylene, an extremely common and safe plastic for household applications.  

RETURN POLICY

Because the Potty Proud Seat is a bathroom product, for sanitary reasons we do not accept returns of opened or used products.  If your product is un-opened and unused, we will accept returns within seven calendar days of delivery, with the first day being the date your order is shown as being delivered or a similar status using the shipment tracking number.  The approval of all returns is subject to our sole discretion.

All return related shipping costs are borne by the customer.
